Looking to add a choke to a Penta engine

Do NOT put auto parts on a marine engine! Marine systems have much higher standards to live up to due to the possibility of leaking and fumes and the like. If he needs a choke have him contact his local marina and see what they recomend but don't use a carb from a car for it.
