No spark 700 1989

I've swapped the powerstage already. The car has been sitting for about 2-3 months while some head work was being done. I'm starting to fear a problem with the crank sensor... Any way to trouble shoot? This is probably where the D.M.M. comes in to play eh? Thanks-
