I'm getting to the end of my rope here so I hope maybe someone has an idea that can help...I think I've narrowed it down to bad injectors but I'm not 100% sure. John Sargent suggested that they may be stuck due to sitting out in the open for a long period of time. I tried the test he recommended (Connect spare distributor with key in "ON" position, and spin rotor). The injectors were not clicking at all, although I heard a faint clicking from elsewhere in the engine compartment-I could not locate it. I'm thinking about sending the injectors out for cleaning, would this fix the problem if they are in fact sticking? Of course the other scenario is that the injectors are fine and something else is causing the problem...Could I have a bad ECU, faulty grounds, etc...? How can I tell before I send the injectors out so that I know for sure? I tried testing the injector harness connectors with my volt meter, and it is registering that there is power coming from them with the key on. However, the voltage jumps around constantly. Is there a better way to test this? I really need this car to run soon so If anyone can help me I would greatly appreciate it.
Thanks,
Matthew
