To start with real simple basic things- have you checked and/or replaced the fuel pump relay yet? It could be as simple as the system relay not pulling in to turn on the computer and injectors. However if you know that the fuel pumps are in fact running, this is probably not at fault.
You said you are in fact getting spark and the engine seems to be timed correctly? Is the valve timing set right? (Marks align properly on cam and crank?)
No fuses blown? I'm running out of ideas on this one.
