Don't forget the catalytic converter...
a gutted cat is almost the same sound as a noisy Flowmaster...not sure about a good cat.
My advice on the flexypipe is, if it becomes an issue, take it to an exhaust shop and have them duplicate the bend, should be under $20 with flared ends to join the rest of the pipes.
