the DGV weber works out of the box and has one mixture screw to adjust...

The mixture screw affects idle and nothing else. DGV tuning parts include 1) primary idle jet, 2) primary main jet, 3) primary emulsion tube, 4) secondary low-speed jet, 5) secondary main jet, 6) secondary emulsion tube. If all those happen to be correct for your particular motor and the float level is set right, it runs "out of the box."
