cold idle.. help needed !! 200 1989

Stuff that comes to mind.. cold start injector, idle motor (yeah if you're idling that high the motor is probably gummed up), gunked up throttle body or stuck throttle valve, fuel pressure regulator, dead or incorrect ECU, dying or incorrect AMM.

Were you able to retreive any error codes?
