Thanks for all the replys and insights.

Next week Leigh's going to drive the 850 and park the van just to see what it would be like for her day to day. She's a free-lance journalist and stays home with the two kids so everywhere she goes, they go.

She really likes the 850 and has always wanted to drive a Volvo so the van may indeed be on the block shortly. I'll hang on to the 740 as it's a fine car and will be my daily driver & family utility vehicle.

What I may work toward, once and if the van is goes, is finding a clean, well maintained late model 945t for her. Then sell the 850.

Thanks again, I got a LOT more response on this board than the 850 board.
