Thanks gang .. appreciate the insight ..... this happened a fair distance from home so I'm sure that the car was as up to operating temperature as it can get in this weather .... but I've been thinking about the old cardboard in front of the rad trick but just hadn't gotten around to it ..... SURELY this weather is going to break SOON !!!! 6 more weeks and we will be into March and the "Back of the winter" will have been broken. (I HOPE !!!)
