The SUs on my B18 have been sensitive to these very cold temps as well. Per advise from brick-boarders, I changed the dash pot oil to ATF, richened them by about 3 flats and still get infrequent pops through the carbs, although nothing at high RPM or that has resulted in any kind of auto debilitation (knock on metal).
