L/F Ball Joint Replacement - My experience (LONG) 200 1987

The first time I did a ball joint I got it off OK,got the new joint on OK but had a heck of a time getting everything to line up so I could bolt up.After 15-20 mins of prying and cursing I raised the other side and voila everything came together.
After doing 4-5 I have come to a conclusion that Volvo brand are the hardest to seperate from the strut baseplate.One time I needed 2 pickle forks and a BFH!
