No start- missing ground at fuel relay 700

The ground is supplied from pin 17 of the LH ECU to the fuel pump side of the fuel pump relay. It goes through the charge air overboost switch before it gets to the FPR. These do go bad and the fuel pump relay will not energize. The CAOS is located above the pedal cluster on the same bracket as the EZK ignition ECU. It has a two-conductor plug and a hose connected to it. Try unplugging it and connecting the two terminals together and see if it runs.
