To me the major concerns would be rust, rust, rust, and the interior.
All the rest of it can be fairly easily replaced. I would get a GOOD look
at it from inside the fenders and maybe under the dash too, also look at the
bottom of the floors and around the fenders. The idea of rust around the
windshield is kinda scary to me.
