B20 PCV 444-544

Hi again.

Cpuld be suggest to use a small air filter over the oil cap? (see mine on http://www.volvoadventures.com/121JoaquinPeru1021.jpg, it is a bit old styled). Un US you can adquire one from K&N (yes, the same guys of the big reusable air filters).

I don't like to attach a tube from the oil cap to the mail air filter due, if you have a backfire on the carb, the fire could be catch into the oil cover if the wire mesh into the oil cap are insufficient to cut the flame (and on my case I pretend to use LPG, a bit more volatile than petrol).

Due in my city I donīt have access to oil teardrop (no junk cars available), I cut the long tube on my original oil trap, close the hole and put a bronze adapter (sourced from a LPG chicken applience supplier, also I put a similar adapter on the intake manifold). The hoses I use come from a compressed air tools parts supplier. My PVC valve come is from a Daewoo Tico Minicar (PVC american valves are unavailable here).
