I got one of the air filters for the oil filler cap and hooked up a hose from the Oil trap to the intake manifold along with a PCV valve. I noticed that the tube on the oil trap has the metal/foil inside as described by Bob S.
Now all I have to do is test drive it and hope the leak is gone.
