I disagree. :) David Vizard states part throttle economy keeps increasing the more you can lean it out at part throttle while avoiding misfires because the more throttle you use, the higher the effective compression. Diesels are more efficient than petrol engines because they run higher compression ratio & they are always running at full throttle.
Uniberp could run it for a month at both places & tell us how much difference there is.
