fixing my temp gauge 120-130

Some 40 years ago I repaired one from a 56 Buick convertible and it worked
OK. You have to get the bulb full of ether (diethyl ether) and then, keeping
the bulb cold (dry ice works well) solder the tube back together leak-free.

My guess is that the 122 temp guage is also an ether system but don't have
any way to verify that and I'm pretty reluctant to break either of mine open
to check. Depends on the value of your time, patience, perseverance, etc.
