I thought some of the VW distributors had opposite rotation but I might
be wrong.
The 1975 240 cars nearly all (at least in the US) had B20F engines with
electronic ignition. I have one of those systems on my 122 wagon and it is
great. It is all OEM Volvo parts and the later ignition modules for the
240 work also.
