There are four eyelets at the bottom of the panel. That's where you insert the four fasteners to attach the bottom part of the panel. The part of the eyelets that's below the panel is flimsy, and one of them broke off. So I epoxyed some appropriate sized washers behind the existing eyelets, and in place of the one that broke.
