Now I have used a tailgate repair kit and the rattle sounds like it is coming back. I go camping with my kids and I shove alot in the back which probably forces the plastic towards the tailgate . How wo you apply the JB weld? and the washers?? I wonder if putting foam insulation in the gate helps
