HALL SENSOR REPLACEMENT - 760T 700 1985

John,

Thanks for the info regarding the induction hoses - I have done a check but could always do it again. Removing all and taking a closer look. I'm wondering though is the induction system under (+) pressure when idling? Because I was assuming (probably incorrectly) that there was no positive boost at idle and that there was (-) pressure in the manifold and induction piping where an air leak would cause a lean condition - I made this assumption after reading about using propane around a possible leak and having it get sucked into the system and cause idle to rise.

I assume though from what you are suggesting that it is under (+) pressure - in that case is there a way to check for (+) leaks that is reliable? Like using UV dye or something?

I'll definably email you if the distributor job is required and update you on the AMM swap.

Thanks for your time on my post - much appreciated!
