Do you have to use a stock grind cam? Can you use an "R" grind since it was an available factory add on?

The E head is your best choice (mjamgb has them backwards). You are not allowed to mill the "F" head enough to get a high CR. "F" is ~8.5:1, "E" is ~10.5:1

megasquirt is allowed(?)
alternative ignitions(?)
