Engine teardown 444-544

As far as I know they are. Among other things it allows for varying
hole sizes and of course when you drill a hole you identify the location
of the center first, not the edge. (If you laser cut it or torch cut it,
it may be different.)

If you are comparing one piston to another, you definitely need to measure
both the same way! I don't think longer rods are going to be an overall
easier solution.
