No. It's against federal law to vent crankcase fumes to the atmosphere. Your turbo still has a closed Positive Crankcase Ventilation system which draws the crankcase fumes into the intake manifold, and into the turbo inlet hose, it just doesn't have the little plastic insert (flame trap) in the "Y" fitting.
