Hey again Dewfpo, that rear suspension has more bushings than links in a lock chain, every time I stick my head down around there to try figuring it out, I come away thinking it may be more dangerous to find the problem and try to fix than just living with it. Still gotta ask questions.
Sounds like your coming along well with the updates on your 95, I'm sure it's gonna be a good reliable pc. when you've finished up.
I've had just about every car Volvo has made since my 86 240, that an Uncle drives daily with better than 400k and never had the valve cover off.
The later model 960's though ,are truly great vehicles, and really not that bad to work on considering whats out in the market place now.
