122 advice please 120-130

Hi,
I'm looking at a 68 122 wagon for sale, about 2grand or so. It has an auto, which I need for my wife. The tranny was rebuilt about 20k miles ago and the engine about 150k miles ago. The interior needs a re-do. The body has a little rust in the rear windows and some in the drivers floor pan. Rear end was just rebuilt but it needs some suspension work.

Questions: What is the auto like- just how sluggish is it? How readily can I find interior parts, ie., headliner and carpet. Just based on this description, what do you all feel this car is worth? Thx.
