760 coil testing 700

With the ignition switch in II I get power at the positive coil...I dont really know how much power though because i dont know how to read the multimeter...lol...

*edit* I also have power at the negative terminal when cranking, which would indicate that the power stage is ok, correct?!? Having power at the + and - coil terminals, but no spark, indicates a bad coil, right?

thanks, i feel like im getting close to solving this!
