I've had them run (but not well or very long)with compression values as low
as 40 psi on one cylinder. They should be 100psi or above on all cylinders
and the higher the compression, the higher they should be.
Atmospheric pressure at sea level is 14.7 psi so you can multiply that by
the compression ratio and get an idea of what it should be.
If you are way above sea level it may make a difference (but your
gauge may also read high depending on the type of gauge).
