Compression values on B18 engines 120-130

Hi. I have a 66 122s that has been in the family since 1968. It is still all original and has not been modified. Car has been sitting for about 15 years and I decided to bring it back to life recently. Engine was locked up so I put some atf in the cylinders and got it freed up.I got it running but it is a little down on power so I figured it probably needs a valve job [and probably a cam].
Here are the readings.
#1 150 psi
#2 150 psi
#3 150 psi
#4 100 psi

Car mileage 165,000.
b18d with [shudder] BW35 and A/C. It's definitly not a barnburner.

Hope this helps. JIm
