dumb crank answer 140-160

Okay, just went and looked at my former B21T crank out back. There are three steps on the nose: (working foward from) main bearing surface, then steps down to front seal surface, then steps down to timing belt gear surface (yes, of course you're right Phil, the gear comes off).
The middle step would have to machined away (and cut perfect for the woodruff key-timing issue) to allow fitment of the OHV crank gear.
Then I don't know if the nose is the right diameter for the OHV seal/pulley sleeve-looks too small-woodruff key issue there too.
