D-Jetronic problems 140-160

You can eliminate the throttle switch by just unplugging it. Should not effect the way the car runs - may notice a slight bog during acceleration.

Sounds like fuel supply to me, also. Do you have a fuel pressure gauge? If you can round one up it is easy to tee it in to the cold start injector line.
