Surging Problems 700

well thats the thing. The IAC is in perfect condition (I bought it less than a week ago), the Throttle Body is clean as a whistle.
The TPS is set properly. New Spark Plugs (Champion Gold).

The only things I can think of are the Injectors and the Fuel Pressure Valve because they are both OEM (probably a good indication on a 15 yr old car)
