yeap, its broken! S40-V40

yeah, a guy who used to work with me which own a 1997 960volvo that he would bring it to this garage. He said they deal with saabs, volvos, bmws and they charge pretty reasonable price on repairings but its not the dealership.
I am going to give them a call monday morning and ask them for as estimate.
I think i want to get my timing belt, tensioner, and the water pump done while they take things apart. I have almost a 100k on the vehicle.
Any advice for me?
