Re: Climate Control (lack of) V70-XC70 1998

First, make sure your fresh air vent is closed. To the left of the center vents, there are two wheels. The left wheel adjusts air flowing directly from the outside of the car to the upper vents. This air does not pass through the climate control system, so if it's cold outside it can get cold inside, too.

Of course, you already know this in which case you're addressing an issue I fear I will be facing in the next couple years.
