The temp sensor/fan is accessed by removal of the climate system control panel. First, remove the radio. Leave it conected if you don't have the security code. Next reach in through the radio oppening and push the climate control panel outwards. It may require a little force, but the whole thing just pops out. Now you can access the sensor to the left of the oppening. It held on 2 sides by plastic clips. It's hard to describe but if you look at a new one you will see how it attaches. Not too difficult.
