Climate Control (lack of) V70-XC70 1999

I have been experiencing a similar problem for the last 2 months. My car warms up then blows cold regardless of whether I break or not.

The main dealer is looking into it but has not found a fault. The dealer has contacted Volvo head office in Sweden and UK but they claim it is not a known problem.

I will post more info if they find anything.
