Thats not a bad deal, rented out the car for 2 years and getting it back with new tires! Maybe you should fix the evap and sell it next spring for 3000, only to buy it back from the school kid in a few years...

Just wondering, how easy is the tailgate lock to change? If its like my neighbors Nissan you should probably junkyard a new one. Then again if you can use the auto locks maybe you don't need the key...
