P0410 isn't a friendly code, as it translates to 4 different volvo conditions. They're all related tripped in one of two ways, short to the signal cable or the system has a test and it fails it. Here's a better description of both:

Diagnostic trouble code (DTC) EFI-445 is stored if there is a short-circuit to ground/supply voltage or open-circuit in the secondary air injection system (PAIR) pump signal cable.

The pulsed secondary air injection system (PAIR) pump valve is checked by disabling the long-term fuel trim and canister purge (CP) valve control. The pulsed secondary air injection system (PAIR) pump is started and the pulsed secondary air injection system (PAIR) pump valve is kept closed, if the short-term fuel trim integrator rises above a set value within 6 seconds diagnostic trouble code (DTC) EFI-446 is stored.

The four faults are short to signal cable, flow too high, flow too low, or leakage. It says EFI-442 would show up as well if it were flow too high, but since I don't know what Pxxxx code it'd translate to (or if it would translate..). I'd guess the signal cable has a fault, have you verified it turns itself on (note, when you start the car cold the pump should go for a couple of minutes)?

If it doesn't go on, check this . Ensure the signal (marked A) reads battery voltage and (marked b) B has 0 Ohm.

If you're not driving it "like its stolen," are you really driving?
