Forgot to mention...

I had the SAS valve out and had plugged up the opening
while I drove the car (without he SAS Valve) and I was pleased
to hear the pump come on...

But after i connected everything up, i dont recall ever
hearing the pump run even on cold days.. I am thinking of
hooking a volt meter to verify and check it..

(Manually the pump runs quiet and blows strongly.. checked
this many times)
