I would look around for a nice set of alloy wheels and put your summer tires on them. Then, buy four(4)!! snow tires for your steel rims.

The old style snow tires were noisy. Not the new ones, and the new ones stick better. Just read your manual and get 185/65/15 snow tires for your 15in wheels.
