The electric portion of the ignition switch is not part of the key lock. The end of the key lock goes into the switch. The switch can be removed and operated with a screwdriver.

I have no clue as to the metal part and spring. The ignition switch has a spring inside it to push the key back to position II after being in the start position - that spring doesn't fall out.
