I did check the connection of the wire that goes to the starter, its excellent. The battery in the S60 sits in the trunk, next to the spare tire under the floor. Not sure where a remote starter switch connection would be located. I'm thinking of taking the starter out and having it tested while I'm waiting on the new immobilizer antenna to arrive.
