Drive something ( a screwdriver, wedge that you don't mind losing, etc.) into the gap in the mount. Take a short test drive and see if it is better, or at least different. No change ? Not the problem. The same mount crapped out on our '04 V70 several years ago. No motor mount should be flopping around.
