Hi Guys,

At the battery with car idling and headlights on (warmed up) I was getting about 13.7 Volts and it sort went from a lower reading up to that and then planed out.
I was able to purchase a HUCO 14V voltage regulator for about US$60.00.
I got it from a Canadian supplier so delivery was minimal. Any others I found on line or at parts shops we're $150-250! Couldn't believe it.
Weather is supposed to warm up on weekend so will go at it then and follow Klaus' suggestions.

Thanks for all input... I will follow up once job is done.
