120 PSI on Low-Side of AC -- What to do? 850 1995

Vince -- I didn't get it running. Jumped the low and high side but the compressor clutch won't engage and in my last posting here I asked whether or not this means I need to have a new compressor installed. No one responded as yet so I am riding this out as long as I can. I would be interested in what the manual says about what to do about the clutch. Really appreciate any help you can give. I have a Volt/Ohm meter, so bring it on! Anything to save $$!
