Call me a bonehead if you like - but I just like NGK's. They are well priced, I have never had one foul in any car, boat, motorcycle, mower, weed whacker, chain saw, tiller, etc (can't say this about Bosch, Champion, Autolite, etc).

I went to NGK on my 1996 NA 855 at 20,000 miles and have not looked back.....I choose the v-notch platinum electrode, but I think even those are overkill.

Whatever you do, don't get the Bosch variety platinum with the tiny center electrode for just about any Volvo, turbos in particular don't like them.
