I agree : 850s have ignition system designed by Bosch - why their plugs would not perform well as the OEMs? As someone said, only one electrode is working, so 3 or 4 electrodes on the plug is too many already, and a 2 electrode Bosch platinum plug should do as well as their 4 electrode plug.

Regarding service schedule: manual recommends using Bosch 1-electrode plug OR A CHAMPION plug, but Volvo uses 3-electrode plug?

AC Delco batteries seem to be much better then OEM.
Every one will replace OEM distributor cap and rotor w/ Bosch parts - same as oem.
