which one should i try and buy? V70-XC70

i'm grateful to have received your response.
volvotechinfo.com only has manuals for particular years. nothing comparing years...

what are your thoughts? i want the sportiest volvo wagon possible (i assume this means t5 or "r" )with as many safety feature as possible.
my budget will probably keep me to the low teens but i could maybe exceed that if it seemed really worthwhile, safety / performance wise.
what are your thoughts?

what are the differences between t5 and "r" ?
you mentioned in passing suspension and wheel set-ups.
which is the one that comes with the suede seat inserts?
i have seen some awd "r"s...

do you know of dealers that specialize in these kinds of used cars in the ny/ nj/ connecticut area?
