Replacing the intake manifold gasket would take about 1/2 hour for someone who's done it before. Asking "how long" in any other case is really a question of how is it done, and that depends on how you like to do things.
A get-in and get-out approach is simple. There's a support bracket up from the block, where the IAC hangs. A 12mm wrench removes the bolt. Then, there are 8 M8 nuts I reach from the exhaust side with a 13mm combination wrench. The rear-most nut needs a socket wrench to reach. Don't lose the washers under 7 of the nuts and fold the manifold, with everything on it, away from the head, just clearing the studs.
There was no sealant used on the original, so it will just flake, crumble, or fall off. Cut off the two small holes from the replacement (used for carb manifolds with coolant passages) and slip the new gasket in place. Tighten to what you've learned to feel is about 15 ft lbs. Hook up the support bracket.
