Wiring up a D-jet system in a 220... 120-130 1967

After some car swapping on my limited garage/carport, I find myself putting my 1967 220 Wagon back together.

If you've followed my long term 220 wagon project progress, you might recall that I've transplanted the entire engine, brakes, and drivetrain of JohnMC's old 1971 1800E to my 1967 220 wagon. I'm calling the franken-car a "220ES" for the time being.

Converting the B20E back to a D-jet has been on my project list for this car for some time. I started this process today (thanked myself many times for thinking to label all the important connections before I removed them from the donor 1800E). I've got the most of the mechanical parts together and I've run the computer harness through the firewall. I still need to work out the fuel pump and return line, but overall it is shaping up nicely.

I'll eventually go to a MegaSquirt system, but for now, I'd like to get the stock D-jet FI working.

there are still a few connections I've been unable to figure out. and I've still got a few general questions about this setup.

For one, has anyone ever done a thorough write up of this? I've read Cam's article over at VCLassics and I have a fairly good d-jet maintenance article from an old issue of rolling, but aside from that I've got nothing more to go on... The VC article is not in-depth enough picture-wise to get my the rest of my connections going - especially the relays which are all a box now...

Where does the power for the whole system come from? Is it all from that single spade connector on the side of the distributor? Seems like I must be missing something here.

I've hooked up the cold start valve but I've no idea where its two wires go. There is a female spade and a ring connector and the harness is not terribly long.

The main harness was hooked up to all the proper connections - except that there are two free/unaccounted-for larger plastic connectors and two spade connectors near the end of the harness that connects the TPS and the MAP sensor. I've no idea what these are supposed to attach to.

Air filter temp sensor. There is a small double-prong connector that hooks to the sensor on the air-filer box. all of the D-jet amazons I've seen just stick a cone filter on the intake and avoid the air-filter box. Where do they put this other sensor if the filter box is being left out?
